4 small onions
4 3/4 inch thick boneless, center loin pork chops
1 Tbsp hot olive oil

2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup prepared mustard w/white wine ( I double this)
Instructions:
1. Cut up onions and put in the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. Season the chops & sear both sides of chops in hot oil in a heavy skillet about 2 to 3
minutes on each side. Place in cooker on top of the onions.

4. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or until pork and onions are tender.
Life Verse:
Jeremiah 29:11-13 "For I know the plans I have for you, "says the LORD," they are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me".
I like to serve this with:
“LOVE” and home made chunky applesauce with asparagus with hollandaise sauce. (We'll put this in the next church cookbook. )
I got this recipe from:
The slow cooker cookbook.

Our family:
I have been married for 18 years to the funniest guy I know (And very handsome for a redhead). We have 2 beautiful children. Lexi is 13 and my scholar. She plans on getting her doctrine in Psychology with a Masters degree in Business, financing and advertising and a minor in theater and creative writing at Stetson University. Frankie on the other hand is 5 and my wild child. (We think he needs to get dedicated each year just for safe measure). He is a typical ACTIVE boy who we call Tiger Federoe with a John Macenroe attitude. He plays tennis and golf (Now you wonder where we got the name from) and looooves the girls (you must be older). All of us love going to church and spending time with the Lord and listening to Pastor Mark's messages (He is so funny). Lexi and her friends just get the biggest kick out of him and I love taking care of the babies when I get the chance. I especially love the fellowship and great food from our wonderful group! I feel extremely blessed!!!!!! nd all of our friends, pastors and other brothers and sisters have help us in so many ways that the Lord is sooooo awesome to bring us to you!!!!!
