Why do missionaries do what they do?

Our missionaries are individuals or families who have been called by God to a specific place and people. They have stepped out in faith and answered the call. They are fulfilling the purpose that God has on their life which is to spread His love throughout the world. We as a church come alongside them to build the work that God has entrusted to them.

Why go on a Missions Trip?

At CCM our vision for the world is that they know Christ. There are three parts to a mission’s trip; Sender, Giver and Receiver. As a Christ Follower you have the opportunity to participate in any or all three of these areas of ministry. It is exciting to see the way God works in and through our lives as we step out of our comfort zones to tell the Good News of Jesus.

In our world today there are many noises, pulls, and pressures. People go about their lives sometimes never considering God and what He expects from them. As Christ Followers our focus should be to communicate God’s forgiveness and love right here in our community. It is our desire that every person attending CCM would get involved in local outreach.

Why evangelize (do E-start)?

We all have friends, family, and co-workers that do not know the truth of Christ. As a Christ Follower it is a great privilege to bear witness to Jesus. We need to be equipped to share our faith with confidence, effectiveness, and in a Biblical way. E-start is a tool that equips you to exercise these three elements during evangelism at home and abroad.
