Norm Holm

Norm Holm
Associate Pastor

Norm Holm is the campus pastor for Calvary Chapel Melbourne's Sebastian campus that meets in Sebastian River High School. Originally from Ridgewood, New Jersey, he married his wife, Tina, in 1983 and they moved to Florida in1985. He was a Facility Designer for over 30 years, finishing his engineering career at Tropicana in Ft. Pierce before entering full time ministry. He graduated from CCM's School of Ministry in 2007, including Calvary Chapel Bible College, and now serves as the Sr. Director of Men's Ministry and overseer for all four campuses. Even though Norm was raised in church, he never had a solid relationship with Jesus and struggled through years of alcohol and drug abuse. Then in 1985 he met Jesus Christ, and now he has a deep desire to help the lost to come to a solid and personal relationship with Jesus. He also has a passion for helping men become the spiritual leaders of their homes. Norm, and his wife Tina, have three children and six granddaughters. They love serving the Lord together at the CCM Sebastian campus where she teaches many women's Bible studies, and they look forward to all God wants to accomplish there.


Matt Offield


Matt Offield
412 Youth Pastor, Sebastian Campus

Matt Offield is the Youth Pastor at Calvary Chapel Melbourne's Sebastiancampus. He and his wife Karen, lived in Los Angeles and Minneapolis before moving to Florida in 2002. Married in 1994, they have four children. Formerly a foreman at an irrigation company, Matt served in the Children's Ministry and then came on staff in the maintenance department. He graduated from CCM's School of Ministry in 2010 and served as the Youth Facilities Coordinator at our Melbourne campus before becoming the Jr, /Senior High Youth Pastor in Sebastian in 2008. Matt was saved in 2002 when God delivered him from an empty life full of anger, gangs and selfishness. Now he and Karen enjoy serving the youth at CCM Sebastian. He's grateful for the second chance God has given him, and a new life of peace, love, hope and grace!


Steve Ritter
Children's Ministry Pastor, Sebastian Campus

Born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Steve received Christ at 8 years old during a VBS. Entered the Navy upon completion of High School. After leaving the navy he married his wife Terry in 1993 which he met at the age of 15 in youth group. In 1999 their son Kevin was born. Steve grew up in Melbourne only a mile away from Calvary Chapel Melbournes location. Before coming on staff in 2007 Steve owned a home repairs business for 12 years. His ministry at CCM began as a First Impressions volunteer then joined his wife in the Kids Ministry and facilitating Couple classes. He graduated the School of Ministry in 2010. Now Steve and his wife Terry serve the Kids at both Melbourne and Sebastian Campuses. He looks forward to all God is preparing for him and his family as they seek his will as they minister to families.
