"Today in the city of David a Savior was born for you, who is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign for you: You will find a baby wrapped tightly in cloth and lying in a manger." Luke 2:11-12

Often when we think of hope, we think optimistic thoughts about our circumstances improving. But God never intended our hope to be in our circumstances. Hope is a deep settled confidence that God is in control no matter what things look like around us or in our lives.

This Christmas Eve, we're celebrating the day hope was born because our hope has a name and His name is Jesus.

Whether you've been to Calvary before or you're coming for the first time, you're invited to experience the hope found only in Jesus. Enjoy an encouraging message, sing Christmas carols, and make lasting family traditions as we sing Silent Night together amidst the twinkle of glowing lights. When you step through our doors, you'll experience a place for you to belong and call home.

What to Expect

What Type of Church is Calvary Chapel?

Calvary Chapel is all about loving God and loving people. Our goal is to offer a simple way for people to experience the life-changing power of Jesus. We believe that coming to church can be the highlight of the week for the entire family as long as we focus everything on Jesus, connecting with the community, and learning straight from the Bible.

What Happens When I Arrive?

When you arrive, you can expect everyone from our team members greeting you at the door to those in the auditorium, to welcome you warmly because you're family. At our Melbourne and Viera locations if you are attending the 3 or 5pm service and have kids, or if you're attending our Sebastian location for the 5pm service you can head to our kids' check-in desk where you can safely check them into our Kids' Ministry.

What About My Kids?

At Calvary Chapel, we love kids! Childcare is available for those 5 years and under in Melbourne and Viera for the 3 & 5pm service, and for those 5 and under in Sebastian for the 5pm service. Just head to our Kids' Check-in desk to safely check your child into our Kids' Ministry. We invite all the older kids to join their families in the auditorium for service.

What Will the Service Be Like?

Calvary Chapel is full of life, creativity, love, and encouragement for the entire family. There is a live band that will lead in worship, and a Jesus-centered message taught by one of our pastors. The entire service will last 1 hour.

What Should I Wear?

Calvary Chapel is for everyone, and we want everyone to feel welcome. So come as you are and dress in whatever feels most comfortable. Bonus points for wearing your favorite Christmas attire.

Translation Availability

The following translations will be available at our Melbourne Campus. Portuguese Translation will be available at our 5pm service. ASL Translation will be available at our 1 & 3pm services.

Will Services Be Available Online?

Each of our Christmas Eve services will be available to view on Roku and on our website.
