Ready to come for a visit? We're here to help!
If you're looking to visit us for the first time, we're here to answer your questions.
When you pull in to the parking lot, find yourself a parking spot. From there, simply enter through the front doors and allow our Guest Services volunteers to help you find your way. If you have kids, head to the left to the check-in kiosks, otherwise enjoy conversation in the Commons or head straight into the Sanctuary to get ready for service.
We're all about family here at Calvary, which is why we make sure that we provide the best experience possible for each member of your family. From newborns to high schoolers, our services provide kids with an engaging environment where they can have fun, make new friends, and learn about Jesus through age-appropriate Bible teaching. Currently, childcare and youth services are available at our Wednesday and Sunday services.
The service lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. We begin each service singing four songs before collecting tithes and offering and announcements. From there, you'll hear from one of our pastors as they teach God's Word and how we can apply it to our lives. We then finish up service with a song as we respond to what we've learned in the teaching. Prayer partners are also always available after the service.
Come as you are. Whether that means jeans and a t-shirt or a suit and tie, we're more interested in you, the person, not what you're wearing.
Everyone is welcome to attend Calvary. If you have specific questions about our beliefs regarding certain aspects of your lifestyle, we'd love to get together over a coffee and have a chat.
We are currently following CDC guidelines and procedures, including but is not limited to increased sanitization measures, the requirement of masks for the duration of service, and adhering to proper social distancing to ensure everyone's safety while here at Calvary Chapel.
Pastor David was born and raised in a non-Christian home. In the Fall of 2000, he had his first encounter with Jesus, and it completely changed his life and set him off on a new path. David and his wife Kristin have been married for 32 years and have two sons, Rylan and Dawson. David graduated from our School of Ministry in 2010, eventually becoming our Sebastian Campus pastor. Kristin uses her job as a realtor to build relationships with people while helping them find a new home and begin their story. Their son Rylan, who serves on the worship team, has a heart for worship and enjoys writing music. Dawson loves Jesus and football and dreams of one day playing in the NFL. A life verse for Pastor David is Proverbs 16:9 "A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps." David and Kristin have trusted this verse in all areas of their life, whether in ministry, at home, or on the road. They love to jump in the car and just drive out of state, stop at coffee shops, hold hands while walking through small-town squares, meeting new people along the way. The most recent memorable trip was when the whole family left church on Sunday and drove to North Carolina to pick up the latest member of the Kloos family, their dog Dozer. Pastor David has a passion for evangelism, teaching, and missions. He has led mission trips to Haiti, Guatemala, South Dakota (to the Sioux tribe), as well as our first trip to Africa. Together David and Kristin seek to follow God's direction as they lead our Sebastian Campus.Meet the Sebastian Team
