About the Trip
Are you a medical professional (MD, PA, ARNP, RN, Paramedic) or do you speak fluent Spanish/able to translate? Come join us on our medical mission to help heal the underprivileged in Guatemala both physically & spiritually. Questions About the Trip
What are the requirements to go on a mission trip?
The only requirement is that you complete CCM’s Missions Prep Workshop! This 2.5 hour class will help you learn how to share the gospel with different cultures, how to use basic evangelism tools, and how to share your salvation story. This workshop is free and offered several times a year at the Melbourne Campus. Sign-up online or at the Information Center in the Commons or contact Emily at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What type of work will I do on a short-term mission trip?
Every trip is different. Most are a combination of things- church service projects, community outreach and evangelism for adults & children. Some trips are medical/evangelism missions where we hold medical clinics for those in need in the local areas.
Do I need a passport?
Sometimes. For trips within the U.S., a passport is not required. However, you will need one for any travel outside of the United States. For international travel, you must have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months beyond your return date and at least two free pages for entry/exit and visa stamps.
